The Technical Service Department

The department of technical Service is responsible for;

• Town planning related activities

• Working on building permit documents

• Control of structures without building permit

• Carrying out implantation of buildings

• Inspection of the site for town planning certificate

• Work on temporal and permanent occupation documents for authorization

• Drafting technical correspondence

• Filling and preparing of technical documents

• Carrying out physibility studies, work on DAO (TENDER DOCUMENTS)

• Prepare files and transmit to the internal tenders bound to work on

• Award decision, notification of award, service order to work or supplies

• Controlling ongoing projects such as public investment projects and council project

• Installing and receiving completed projects
