Projects Award Department

The Project Awards department of Tubah Council is responsible for;

  • Developing or monitoring the development of feasibility studies for projects of the Council and projects financed by partner entities;

  • Preparing, in the case of direct studies, the documents enabling contracting for these projects;

  • Monitoring directly the execution and participating in the evaluation of external financing contracts;

  • Monitoring the maintenance and upkeep of the works and equipment resulting from this financing, in relation with the other operational entities of the Council

  • Ensuring the technical, financial, social and environmental coordination of the projects under its control.

  • Providing regular reports to the council executive on the execution of these projects.
