IT and Communication Department
Tubah Council’s Information Technology and Communication department is responsible for;
Designing the IT master plan of the Council
Identifying IT needs and defining hardware and software specifications
Installing the computer equipment acquired by the Council and providing preventive maintenance thereafter
Organizing internal training programs on theĀ use of IT hardware and software programs
Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting equipment and following up repairs as well as ensuring efficient functioning of hardware and software programs
Developing and implementing communication strategies of the Council
Establishing and maintaining relations between the Council, Communities, and the media
Developing communication modules and ensuring the animation, update, and maintenance of the Council’s website and social media pages
Ensuring the good image of the council through a form of adequate communication and organizing official ceremonies in relation with the initiating entities
