Tubah Council also work to prevent and alleviate suffering, protect life and health and ensure respect of human beings within Tubah Municipality.

We’re carrying out our humanitarian actions without discrimination, relieving suffering and giving priority to the most urgent cases of distress.

Through our social impact partnership schemes we’re unlocking significant and untapped resources for social good by bringing together the commitment, assets and expertise from diverse sectors to tackle tough societal challenges within Tubah Municipality such as;
- Homelessness
- Financial exclusion
- Youth unemployment
- Disability discrimination
Through Tubah Council’s partnership with businesses, civil societies, and citizens, a lot has been done and keep being done to resolve the bulleted aforementioned.

Tree planting within Tubah Municipality
Communal staff trained on the forestry route or aspect, councillors and stakeholders trained on afforestation management and their budgetary involvement, local people sensitized on reforestation sites against the abusive use of bush fires, people sensitized against cattle roaming, and people made aware of environmental conservation in schools.
Awarded for disability inclusive development
Tubah Council in this light has not only been disability inclusive in the plan out and execution of its developmental projects across diverse sectors but also works hand in glove with various Civil Societies and individuals both home and abroad with bases on humanitarian aid throughout Tubah Municipality and beyond
Grant of scholarships to 23 UBa Students
The Mayor of Tubah in collaboration with the Member of Parliament for Bafut/Tubah, Hon. Agho Oliver and Senator Regina Mundi have granted scholarships worth 1.5 million to 23 students of the University of Bamenda.
SAFETY NET PROJECT FOR TUBAH MUNICIPALITY
The eventual benefactors will receive a total sum of 180,000frs which is broken down to them receiving 30,000frs each 6 times, over a period of 12 months.
