Economy and Finance Department

The department of economy and finance of Tubah Council is responsible for:

• ·         Putting in place policies to improve revenue and rationalize expenditure

• ·         Advising elected officials and the Sectary General on budgetary estimates

• ·         Supervising the preparation and execution of Council’s budget

• ·         Coordinating the functioning of financial services

• ·         Coordinating the activities of different offices relating to revenue and expenditure

• ·         Ensuring the respect of budgetary prescription and preparing administrative accounts by the end of the year

• ·         Conducting retrospective and prospective financial analysis and drawing conclusions in terms of management
