Development and Permits
Tubah Council is the Local Government Authority responsible for major local developments within Bambili, Bambui, Kedjom Keku, and Kedjom Ketinlguh.
With individuals or groups carrying-out developments within Tubah Municipality, The Council issues planning, building, and demolition permits in alignment to the general plan out of developments within Tubah Municipality given diverse neighborhoods (Bambui, Bambili, Kedjom Keku, and Kedjom Ketinlguh)

A Building Permit is an administrative instrument authorizing a building to be constructed in the municipality after ensuring that it complies with building standards and town planning regulations. In simple terms, it is an administrative procedure to accept that a particular building or structure be erected in the municipality by an individual or by a group of persons.
A building permit is obtained after the following documents
Architectural plan of the structure (building) to be realized, which is made up of;
Ground plan, foundation plan, the four side of the building, the roof plan, section, site and situation plan (block plan) description notes, quantities and cost estimates
In the case of a story building, it will require an architectural visa and an engineering study (structural calculations) dully signed by a registered civil engineer in the national order
For the building permit to be issued, a building permit fee of 1% of the building cost will be calculated and paid in the council treasury
There is also land tax of 0.1% of the evaluated land in addition to that, there is the town planning certificate which will be issued at the divisional delegation of town planning and housing upon a town planning certificate fee
When all the payments are done, and the documents are okay, the owners of the project will take the Council’s team and the team from MINDUH at his or her expense for side inspection -
A Demolition Permit is an administrative instrument authorizing the partial or total destruction of a building. That is anybody wishing to demolish an existing structure (building) within Tubah Municipality must obtain a demolition permit from Tubah Council
The individual or group involve has to write to the Mayor through with two communal stamps on the application.A team will be sent to evaluate the project and issue a demolition order if necessary

51st Edition of the National Day 2023 launched in Tubah Municipality
The 51st Edition of Cameroon National Day (20th May 2023) was launched in Tubah Council Area by Cameron’s Minister of Youth Affaires and Civic Education: MOUNOUNA FOUTSOU with a host of Ministers, Senators, and Parliamentarians as well as top government personnel, Fons, and Youth representatives of the Northwest Region generally, Mezam division particular, and Tubah subdivision principally.
