Civil Status Department
The Civil Status department of Tubah Council is responsible for;

Preparing deeds and other vital documents for signature: birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, Residence permit…;

Delivering the said acts after their signature;

Assisting the Officer and the Registrar of Civil Status during the wedding celebration ceremonies;

Keeping the civil status registers and the archives relating thereto;

Receiving civil status applications and instructing them;

Designing and implementing a general strategy for the preservation of Tubah Council’s civil status archives and documentation and measures of their public consultation;

Organizing the census of the population;
