The Mayor Tanjong Martin of Tubah Council has led a Delegation comprising of the divisional Delegate of Housing and Urban Development to Ngoh Meshongmabu in Bambili to map the area around the Ngoh-Meshongmabu stones for the development of a touristic site.
This is an area that hosts stones and boulders which are naturally placed in an unusual fashion and it is believed that this is enough to bring tourists far and wide to take pictures, experience the culture and enjoy the beautiful view it offers given its position at the top of a hill. In the coming months, feasibility studies will be carried out in this area so the development process can be properly guided. A touristic site will open up Tubah Municipality to the world and increase its diversity as it would bring roads and give room for the growth of local businesses-giving the common man a better livelihood within Tubah Council Area.
