Tubah Council held an evaluation session on September 15 to see how close the council is to realizing projects within the projected budget for 2021.
The session which brought together over 30 councillors of Tubah Municipality, took place at Icham Hotel under the supervision of the representative of the Senior Divisional Officer for Mezam, Simon Emile Mooh,the Divisional Officer for Tubah , Alim Garga, the Mayor of Tubah, Tanjong Martin, the Local Development Officer and Forces of Law and Order.
Tubah Council rated first in project execution
The Mayor in his opening speech recognized the great efforts made in Project execution which placed the council as first and best in the region with a 100 percent completion rate on 6 out of 9 public investment projects totaling at an execution level of 79%. Mayor Tanjong also made mention of the council’s success in getting the safety net project of the world bank to be implemented in Tubah Municipality.
Constituency representation and participatory development
During this session the Mayor revealed a budding project of UNICEF which will include the children of the Tubah Municipality. The Divisional Officer of Tubah closed the session with a note of congratulations
to the councillors for the fruitful and Frank deliberations while calling on them to actively participate in the Municipality development and constituency representation.
